Accessibility Statement

Here you can find the accessibility statement of the University of Bonn.

Report a digital barrier

The University of Bonn aims to make its website accessible to everyone. Unfortunately, however, there are still restrictions caused by digital barriers in everyday university life. These are mostly only recognized by those who are affected by them. If you encounter any barriers on one of our pages, please let us know by using the form below.

Please only use the form to report digital barriers on the University of Bonn website. For all other requests, please contact our info point. If the form is not accessible for you, please send us an e-mail to barriere-melden@uni-bonn.de.

If you wish to receive a reply to your request, you will need to provide an e-mail address.
Please fill out this field using the example format provided in the placeholder.
The phone number will be handled in accordance with GDPR.

Here you will find information on data protection.

The feedback mechanism is part of the ‘Quick Wins für digitale Barrierefreiheit’ project of the Equal Opportunity and Diversity Unit and the Digital Science Centers (DiCe) of the University of Bonn.

The Equal Opportunity and Diversity Unit will receive your report. A ticket will be created, the reported barriers will be documented and your request will be forwarded to the department that is responsible for solving the problem. You will receive feedback as soon as possible, but within four weeks at the latest.

Setting up a feedback mechanism also helps us to monitor digital barriers that still exist at the University of Bonn in order to take measures to improve digital accessibility in the medium and long term. Not all barriers can be removed immediately, but they all will be recorded in order to identify future measures.
