Waldfulness is a mindfulness-based nature training program that aims to give people, regardless of background, age, gender, disability or chronic illness, the tools to access experiencing nature, self-awareness and healthy living. The training aims to teach movement in nature as a positive balance to everyday stress and to strengthen resources. Participants are guided to practise self-awareness in nature and thus build stress-free relationships with others and their environment. The workshop lasts three hours and takes place in Bonn. The exact location is to be determined (possibly Rheinaue or Kottenforst), but good accessibility will be ensured. Please allow time for travelling to the meeting place. If you have any questions or requirements, please contact Julia Lindenberg at chancengerechtigkeit@uni-bonn.de.
This training course aims to provide teaching staff with important basic information on sexualized discrimination and violence, highlight options for action, and offer sufficient opportunity for exchange and to practice conversation situations with those affected and, if necessary, those accused.
Do you enjoy singing and dancing? Would you like to receive professional singing and dance lessons? Then you've come to the right place! We invite you to our inclusive singing and dance workshop, which is aimed at all music enthusiasts – with or without disabilities. This workshop offers a colourful mix of different dance techniques, singing exercises, coordination and rhythm games, and creative improvisations. Our goal is to create a safe and inspiring environment in which all participants – regardless of their abilities – can experience the joy of music, dance, and community. We promote a safe space in which everyone can develop their individual strengths and uniqueness. Together, we will work towards a creative result that we can present at the end of the workshop.
