Waldfulness - Inclusive Mindfulness Training
Waldfulness is a mindfulness-based nature training program that aims to give people, regardless of background, age, gender, disability or chronic illness, the tools to access experiencing nature, self-awareness and healthy living.
The training aims to teach movement in nature as a positive balance to everyday stress and to strengthen resources. Participants are guided to practise self-awareness in nature and thus build stress-free relationships with others and their environment.
The workshop lasts three hours and takes place in Bonn. The exact location is to be determined (possibly Rheinaue or Kottenforst), but good accessibility will be ensured. Please allow time for travelling to the meeting place. If you have any questions or requirements, please contact Julia Lindenberg at chancengerechtigkeit@uni-bonn.de.
