Exhibition and vernissage "Patente Frauen - Women Inventors"
Innovative women who have made history: The exhibition "Patente Frauen - Women Inventors" presents female inventors who are all too often forgotten compared to their male colleagues. Portraits of pioneering women such as Hedy Lamarr (radio remote control as a pioneer of Bluetooth technology), Barbe-Nicole Clicquot (champagne shaking process) and Virginia Apgar (Apgar score) will be wandering through the University of Bonn from 15 April to 22 May 2024. The Transfer Center enaCom is showing the exhibition to mark the annual World Intellectual Property Day (26 April).
At the vernissage, everything will revolve around "Women as inventors - opportunities and challenges". Impressions and experiences can be exchanged and deepened at a reception afterwards.
