Pathways Career Coaching - unfold your potential

The career coaching provides the opportunity to deal with your questions concerning your professional future in a supportive environment. The programme takes into account your very own experiences and background. Expect four sessions with the following topics:
1) Self-reflexion and competence analysis: We identify your strengths, skills and potential as basis for your professional orientation.
2) Interests and values: Together, we explore your interests and values to make sure that your professional career plans are suitable.
3) Work conditions: We find out, which working conditions and environment fit best for you.
4) Career vision: We help you to develop a clear picture of your professional future.

The coaching is made up of four sessions. The dates for the three following meetings will be planned together during the first meeting.
